ClockQC v0.10 SNP inclusion experiment

This package extends, and does not overwrite, the v0.9 experiment.
Unzip into the existing project root containing clockqc_v09 and its measured
input archives. New files use clockqc_v010_run and processed_v010.

Read ClockQC-SNP-Inclusion-Experiment-v0.10.html and comparison.json first.

Recompute scores and comparisons from the included measured clock inputs:
  python clockqc_v010_run/compare.py
  python clockqc_v010_run/build_report.py
Requires Python/numpy, clockqc_v09/data and analyze.py, baseline_v09_inputs.npz,
and processed_v09/GSE174422/enmix_full_*.csv.gz (from v0.9 saved inputs).

Full raw-data rerun requires the pinned R runtime, raw_v09 IDATs, and the
completed v0.9 ENmix intensity caches plus quantile targets. Those large
intermediate caches were not in the v0.9 measured-input archives; rebuild
them with v0.9 preprocess_enmix.R and normalize_enmix.R if absent.
Then run:
  bash clockqc_v010_run/complete.sh
  python clockqc_v010_run/build_report.py
Intermediate RDS intensity caches are intentionally not bundled. Remove or
move processed_v010 intermediate caches before deliberately rebuilding them.
The runner resumes complete caches; do not mix inputs from other experiments.

No function is refitted to chronological ages, duplicate differences or
external outcomes. Clock models and imputation references are fixed v0.9
versions. Duplicate disagreement is secondary to numerical reconstruction.
Source and input hashes are listed in the accompanying manifests.
