Generosity in the price. Generosity in the explanation. Generosity in admitting what is not finished yet. We’re building a medicine company that earns trust before it asks for it.
Why begin here
Routine medicine should not come with routine confusion.
Nearly half of U.S. adults live with high blood pressure. The medicines are well established, but the surrounding experience can still be opaque: prices vary, “low” offers accumulate fees, and corporate language obscures who is responsible for what.
Good medicine. No harm done.
This is a north star, not an absolute clinical claim. Every medicine and every supply chain has risks and tradeoffs. Our obligation is to reduce avoidable harm and explain the rest honestly.

Validate the operating model, grow the founding community, finalize partners and regulatory pathways, and publish clear launch gates.

Offer eligible FDA-approved generics through identified licensed clinical and pharmacy partners, with final states, strengths, pricing, and terms visible first.
Deepen the Karam model
Expand the collection and responsibly bring more development and evidence work under the Karam name as capabilities and approvals allow.

FDA’s New Approach Methodologies work includes organ-on-a-chip systems, computational models, organoids, and advanced in-vitro assays. Karam intends to favor validated human-relevant evidence where it improves decisions and meets regulatory requirements — while being explicit about limitations and any additional data still needed.

What we will publish before asking anyone to order
Trust cannot rest on a color palette. Before enrollment opens, Karam intends to make the following easy to find:
- the responsible company entity and leadership;
- the named licensed pharmacy and clinical pathway;
- launch states, eligible medicines, strengths, and availability limits;
- the applicable FDA-approved products and labeling;
- the final price, cancellation/refill terms, shipping details, and privacy practices;
- a clear channel for clinical, pharmacy, billing, privacy, and general support.
The closer we get to someone’s medicine cabinet, the more specific our proof must become.
