Four commitments
A price should be easy to understand before you depend on it.
Publish the whole amount
The number people see first should be the number intended to appear on their statement for the medicine and standard shipping.
Show who receives what
Medicine, Karam, licensed pharmacy, and shipping portions should be visible rather than compressed into a mysterious fee.
Explain changes in advance
If costs or terms change, founding members should hear why before a new price takes effect.
Why one flat price
People should not need a coupon, comparison browser, or spreadsheet to understand a routine medicine purchase. We are designing the founding offer around one complete number, with enough detail behind it to judge whether our margin matches our promise.
Simple should describe the experience — not conceal the economics.
Insurance and coupons
The intended founding offer is a direct cash price: no Karam membership, no insurance claim, and no coupon required. Final eligibility, state availability, and partner terms will be published before enrollment. We will not tell people that the Karam price is best for them without knowing their actual alternatives.
A 90-day option
We intend to evaluate a 90-day supply option for eligible medicines after the launch pathway is finalized. We will publish its full price and any shipping or pharmacy differences before presenting it as a better value.
What remains undecided
Eligible strengths, exact launch states, clinical pathway, dispensing pharmacy, inventory limits, tax treatment if any, and final pricing components are still under development. These are launch gates, not fine print.
A pricing page is not an order page.
Karam is not currently selling medicine. Joining the waitlist does not lock a price, reserve inventory, establish eligibility, or create a clinical relationship.

Is shipping really intended to be included?
Yes. Standard shipping is part of the planned $10 founding price. Any faster or optional shipping choices would need to be shown separately before checkout.
Will every strength cost the same?
That is the target for eligible medicines and strengths in the founding collection. The final list will be published before ordering opens; we will not imply that an unavailable strength is covered.
Does the price include a doctor visit?
No clinical service is currently included or offered. The final clinical pathway has not been announced. The planned $10 price refers to an eligible 30-day medicine supply and standard shipping.
What if another pharmacy costs less?
People should compare their real total cost and choose what works for them. Karam’s job is to make its own total easy to see, not claim that one price is universally best.
