The decision this is for.
The proposed Cell-State Panel combines multiple indicators of senescence, viability and function within an agreed research model. The objective is to understand whether the measurements tell a coherent story. Discordant results should be reported, not collapsed into a single rejuvenation score.
What the scoped deliverable includes.
Model-specific assay scope
Define the comparison, readouts, sample structure and the decision the panel should support.
Viability and interpretation context
Plan how apparent beneficial changes will be distinguished from cell loss or an altered sample composition.
Quality and repeat rules
Laboratory acceptance criteria, controls, failed runs and responsibility for repeating work documented before ordering.
Integrated research report
Present each readout, uncertainty and disagreement without turning marker change into a lifespan claim.
What we need to scope it.
Cell-model information, intended comparison, material availability, candidate readouts and budget. A signed partner scope, capacity and commercial-use rights are prerequisites.
How acceptance works.
A complete, quality-controlled dataset and reviewed interpretation against the agreed research question. The all-in range is a planning hypothesis pending vendor quotes, not a published assay rate card.
Illustrative question: does an apparent fall in a senescence-associated signal coexist with preserved viability and a useful functional readout?
Where the scope stops.
No physical kit currently offered, no clinical diagnosis, no human age score and no claim of lifespan extension from a marker shift.
Before you inquire.
Can one marker prove that cells were rejuvenated?
The proposed panel is designed to avoid that shortcut. It reports multiple readouts and their limits; a molecular change alone does not establish tissue or patient benefit.
