The decisive question
Can a restorative intervention reach a chosen tissue without unacceptable activity elsewhere?
Why this direction
A promising mechanism is not a delivery system. This program would treat distribution, duration, reversibility, and tissue identity as core performance requirements. An acute-injury model and a normal-aging model answer different questions.
What a useful result would need
- Evidence of where the intervention acts—not just where it is administered
- Duration and reversibility of the intended biological effect
- Off-target effects and identity stability
- Long-term function after the immediate response
Advance and stop conditions
Do not equate temporary instructions with proven long-term safety.
Separate repair after injury from reversal of normal aging.
Define stop conditions before any translational work.
What is not being claimed
No therapeutic delivery service or unapproved human intervention is offered.
