Every other program depends on this one. Karam’s initial contribution is an inspectable research framework: sources with access limits, tools with equations, and explicit gaps between an interesting signal and a meaningful outcome.
What a useful result would need
- Prespecified primary function and independent corroboration
- Appropriate controls, sample-size reasoning, and reporting of exclusions
- Biological replication separated from technical replication
- Open uncertainty, missing metadata, and negative results
Advance and stop conditions
No “years reversed” claim from a clock movement alone.
No confidence percentage generated by an editorial checklist.
No treatment claim from a calculator or an illustration.
What is not being claimed
The Atlas is not a validated clinical decision-support system or a comprehensive systematic review.
