Not every record received the same depth of access. The method makes those limits visible instead of turning discovery into a claim of validation.
Discover
Search by mechanism, geography, and first online publication date. A result is a candidate until its identity and relevance are checked.
Resolve
Match the title, DOI or publisher identity, date, authorship context, model, and publication type. Do not treat a press release and the paper it describes as independent studies.
Read in scope
Record what was actually accessible: publisher abstract, indexed excerpts, or selected full-text sections. Access is not the same as a complete methodological audit.
Separate the claim
Write the result in its own model and endpoint. Human cells are not human participants; acute injury repair is not ordinary-aging reversal.
Publish the limits
Include source links, missing sample metadata, limitations, and the next discriminating question. External research remains clearly attributed to its authors.
Revisit deliberately
Corrections, replication studies, and longer follow-up can change the brief. This static edition does not pretend to monitor them automatically.
