1. Evidence: what has actually been demonstrated?
2. Ownership: who contributed and who holds the relevant rights?
3. Patentability: is a specific implementation eligible, novel, nonobvious and sufficiently disclosed?
4. Licensing: what permissions are available, for which fields and territories?
5. Freedom to operate: does a defined activity encounter enforceable claims in its relevant jurisdiction?

WO2026035859A1 includes published claims relating to multicellular-construct screening and inversion-related cellular-age reduction. WO2022115790A1 is another relevant lead. Neither a database status label nor a published application establishes blanket permission or global exclusion.

Evaluate exact claim elements, prosecution, grants, ownership, license scope and planned activity. Government support is not a general commercial license. A competitor’s portfolio does not reveal its exclusive rights.

Use office-specific national-entry deadlines. WIPO time limits vary; a nominal 30-month anniversary is not a universal final deadline or patent expiration date.
