Bioelectric State and Functional Resilience
Does electrical state explain a reproducible difference in a defined cellular function after accounting for donor, time, handling and composition?
First deliverable: an auditable decision.
Build an evidence matrix; inventory authorized electrical and functional data; define the primary functional endpoint and inspect donor/batch structure. Compare simpler handling, composition and stress explanations before selecting a mechanism. Review orthogonal voltage measurements and perturbation specificity.
Deliver a source matrix, data dictionary, donor/batch/sample map, analysis assumptions, unresolved questions and a readable decision memo. No experiment, funding, staff appointment or laboratory access is claimed.
High-level study requirements.
- Use independent donors as the replication level for donor-generalizable claims; technical repeats remain nested.
- Match handling and observation time; justify relevant 2D, 3D and tissue comparators without treating them as equivalent.
- Prespecify a primary functional endpoint, meaningful effect criterion and missing-data rules. Use blinded analysis and record exclusions.
- Measure cell composition and identity, viability, senescence and adverse changes separately.
- Define durability after the initial observation or exposure; an early marker shift is insufficient.
- Later laboratory work requires separate scientific, safety, ethics where applicable, sourcing and rights review. This is not a cell-culture or treatment protocol.
Advance, revise or stop.
Advance only if an interpretable donor-level association survives planned sensitivity analyses and identity/viability checks. An association supports a later causal test, not a causal claim. Revise if batch or composition explains the signal; stop if function deteriorates or required data cannot be obtained.
Review prior art and rights before developing an implementation. Patentability, ownership, licensing and freedom to operate are separate, unresolved questions. The broad idea of antiaging/pro-regenerative screening is already described in WO2026035859A1; it is not presented as new Karam IP. A patent-database status label does not grant permission.
Existing routes to a scoped engagement.
Proposed scopes only. Qualified scientific review, authorized data, usable rights, capacity and written terms must be established before an engagement. No staff, customers, laboratory capacity or prices are asserted here.
